such as Subject: ePak-000000.   As a licensed customer, you are also entitled to telephone support.

Telephone support is offered at no charge if you meet the specified criteria:
  • Your support incident is related to installation/configuration
  • Your support incident is related to security configuration
  • Your support incident is related to development startup
  • Your support incident is related to network configuration

  • A per incident charge may apply if your support incident is as follows:
  • Your support incident is related to network failure
  • Your support incident is related to database failure
  • Your support incident is related to web server failure
  • Your support incident is related to content recovery
  • Your support incident is related to security misconfiguration
  • Please note: telephone support will only be given to licensed ePak customers. No other support will be provided.
